We guarantee the delivery of all orders.

Unless otherwise noted, all orders ship within 1–2 business day.

Tracking may take up to 10 days to update and may be limited once the package enters your home country. You can track your package here.
In some cases, we may recommend shipping upgrades, for example if:
- • You live in a region with unreliable local mail services
- • Your order value is high for your location
If an upgrade is needed, we’ll contact you before shipping to review options. Our priority is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package.

Warranty policy
We want you to enjoy your Beaconix products for years to come, worry-free. Our warranty is designed to support you if something unexpected happens. If you run into any issues, we’re here to get you back up and glowing as quickly as possible.
What our warranty covers
- • Defects in materials or workmanship (including electronic components)
- • All accessory products (Chain): Lifetime Warranty
- • Batteries: 2-year warranty
How to send in a warranty claim
- • To begin a warranty claim, you’ll return the item to us.
- • Within the first 60 days, we cover the return postage.
- • After 60 days, customers cover the shipping cost to send the item in, but all qualifying repairs or replacements are free.
What our warranty does not cover
- • Accidental or impact damage (dropping, bending, crushing, etc.)
- • Wear and tear from normal use
- • Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure
- • Loss or theft
- • Natural battery capacity loss over time

Return Policy
Hassle-free & free returns (US only)
We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer free, no-questions-asked returns for 30 days after you receive your package. Free return labels apply to domestic US orders only.
International returns
For international orders, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days, but we’re not able to offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage on international shipments.
Holiday extended return window
Orders placed November 1–December 31 qualify for returns through January 31. Shop early and gift with confidence.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
- • We fully guarantee delivery on all domestic shipments.
- • If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 30 days of shipment.
